Our Veterinarians
Ryan Jacques, DVM
Dr Ryan Jacques graduated with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University in 2007. After graduation he worked on performance and race horses in Florida and Virginia. He moved back to Dallas and practiced at a 24/7 small animal hospital in Dallas for the last 9 years providing surgery, dentistry, routine care, as well as emergency services. He enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but most enjoys internal medicine and helping support the human/pet bond through preventative care.
In his free-time he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and 3 dogs.
Amy Rippy, DVM
Dr. Amy Rippy received her Bachelors of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from Texas A&M University, which she completed in 2007. She has been practicing in the Dallas area since 2009, and recently decided to work closer to her home in McKinney. Dr. Rippy has a special clinical interest in surgery and dentistry and believes that the bond that owners have with their pets is extremely important in both wellness care and in urgent situations.
Dr. Rippy enjoys riding and competing with her horses (Harley and Finn) in dressage. Her other pets include a sassy orange kitty named LuLu Smarshmello and her gaggle of chihuahuas including Charlie, Perry and Mister Maple.
Wesley Williams, DVM
Dr. Wesley Williams grew up on a farm in a rural town in East Texas and learned fairly quickly that he wanted to work with animals and one day become a veterinarian. He attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Animal Science in 2004 and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. After graduating from Veterinary School, he moved to Dallas and worked in a general practice/urgent care hospital for 13 years. He enjoys the variety of cases that come through the door every day and has a special interest in preventative medicine, client education, urgent care, pain management, and dermatology.
In his free time, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. Most evenings he can be found shuttling his kids around to music lessons and sports practices. When not working or shuttling kids around, he likes to spend time back in East Texas on his family’s farm where there is no shortage of fishing ponds, cow work, and beautiful sunsets.
His current pets include 2 Jersey cows and a baby calf, all named by his kids – Milkshake, Dandelion and Tiny.
